 Timer Bug When Switching Toons [SYS] You must wait 833.0 seconds before you can join a FvF battle
Got that after rapidly moving from toon to toon to grab gear.

Something seriously needs to be done about this.
Certain timer problems were fixed in a recent update. (10.25.09
Fixed a bug where it was possible to get a battle cooldown timer after a win/claim
Switching toons no longer stacks a 30 second cooldown to your battle timer. It now just has a flat 20 cooldown after loading.)
So that does not appear to be the cause of the problem.
